My customers are designers and engineers first, and now AI agents that read the same system to design and ship their own work. I care about the invisible work: the tokens, patterns, and standards nobody sees but that make everything built on top of them fast, accessible, and beautiful by default. Watching the same system serve a person and an AI agent without either one noticing the seam is the most fun part of this job! That work stays invisible right up until something breaks, so I spend real effort making sure leadership sees its value before they have to ask.
